Bud DeVoe
Bud DeVoe is CEO of Haunted Scares. He started our firm in 1992,  Mr. DeVoe specializes in project management, design and construction coordination. He conceived the original "Witch's Castle" in 1999.

Bill Fritz
Bill Fritz joined Haunted Scares in 2000 as an associate partner. Mr. Fritz specializes in Structural design and project management. He became a partner with Haunted Scares in 2004. He was responsible for the design of the first "Witch's Castle" and was recently awarded a contract to design "Return of the Witch's Castle". Mr. Fritz earned his Bachelors Degree from the State University of New York (Fredonia) in 1995.
